STRAWBERRIES AND STYLE
Ever since I was a little girl, I've loved fashion. I've always loved dresses, and heels, and getting all dressed up. Throughout the years, fashion has been a major way for me to express myself. My style, and the clothing I wear, has this sort of power to reveal who I am as an individual. My style has progressed throughout each stage of my life- from Juicy Couture hot pink track suits in middle school, to my current obsession- off the shoulder everything!!
I decided to create this blog to not only express my love for fashion, but to also voice my adoration of all things beauty, design, fitness, traveling and more! I also love to write and thought that starting a blog would be the perfect outlet me.
Like any good wannabe blogger, I struggled greatly with coming up with the perfect blog name. I ran through all of the basics like 'ShaeStye' or 'ChicShae,' but none seemed to stick out to me. I wanted something less boring, something a little more unique. I thought long and hard about what I love. Well, I knew I loved fashion, of course, but what else? Out of the blew, 'Strawberries' came to mind as I randomly hungered for some leftover chocolate covered strawberries-my fav!
Thus, the name 'Strawberries and Style' was born. I find the name has a rather nice ring to it, and frankly, it brings back some sweet (lol) nostalgic, memories of my childhood days spend obsessing over Strawberry Shortcake (not the dessert, the childhood character haha). I thought, why not mix two completely different ideas together to create a blog that truly encompasses who I am?
Through this blog, I will be revealing my own personal style, as well as several other things I love! This blog will become a small insight into my own, personal life adventure. I hope that through this blog, I'm able to inspire people to live their own, authentic lives through the expression of their own, unique styles.
